Sr. Product Delivery Manager, Ring

Ring is looking for a Sr.Product Delivery Manager to help our multi-site device hardware / software development teams deliver highly cross-functional products and accessories.You will work closely with our Monitoring and Accessories team to plan and coordinate the execution of complex business needs, while simultaneously keeping your team focused on meeting their own commitments.You will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive of and design innovative products as well as maintain existing platforms.Sr.Product Delivery Managers at Ring must be capable of sorting through many competing priorities, defining processes that improve execution, championing Engineering best practices, executing with agility, and succeeding in a complex and fast paced environment.As a Device Launch Sr.Product Delivery Managers you will manage all system software aspects and cross-functional dependencies of a product development and launch.Working on legacy products as well as managing and planning for future products are part of this role's responsibilities.If that challenge excites you, then we'd like to talk to you.Key job responsibilitiesOwn end to end Accessory product development from concept to launchCollaborate with Business, Engineering, and other internal teams to solve business needsWork with remote and multi-site teams to develop and deploy related software & hardware componentsCommunicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change controlBe expected to dive deep into the technical details of the programDive deep in dissecting and resolving customer reported, technical issuesProactively solve day-to-day challenges and exercise sound judgmentAbout the teamThe Monitoring and Accessories team is an integral part of Ring and works cross functionally in a highly agile fashion to support the business.Basic Qualifications5+ years of technical product or program management experience7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experienceExperience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPreferred Qualifications5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experienceExperience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedulesExperience defining KPI's / SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadershipAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Los Angeles County applicants : Job duties for this position include : work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff;
