SummaryAbout usInspiring individuality with innovative craft since ****, creativity lies at the heart of Bottega Veneta.Born in Vicenza, the house is rooted in Italian culture yet maintains a global outlook.An inclusive brand with exclusive products, Bottega Veneta is as much a feeling as it is an aesthetic.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Global Performance Marketing Internas part of our dynamic team in Milan.How you will contribute:Support the overall management of SEM, SEO, and Affiliation channels, assisting with day-to-day operations, reporting, and coordination activities.Monitor key performance metrics (traffic, revenue, ROAS, CVR) and maintain an updated library of reports, presentations, and campaign results.Maintain ongoing communication with external agencies, ensuring timely alignment on deliverables.Assist in gathering and organizing campaign assets (images, videos, copy).Help build and perform quality checks on new campaigns.Help with Affiliation activities, coordinating with partners, reviewing publisher performance, and following up on pending items.Support in preparing monthly performance reports.Collect information from internal teams (E-commerce, Media, Finance) when needed.Who you are:Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fieldsFluent in EnglishPrevious internship experience in a performance marketing role within the e-commerce or fashion industry is a plusAnalytical skills in Excel, Power Point, Outlook with a willingness to learn and develop proficiency in data analysis toolsPassion for the luxury fashion industry and e-commerceExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWhy work with us?This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
