Empresas:Meliá Hotels InternationalWe are looking for Breakfast Supervisor - Tenuta di Artimino Member of Melià CollectionSeasonal Job March to OctoberAccomodation availableJob Summary: To manage properly all the activities related to F&B department Breakfast ServiceWhat will I be doing?AsBreakfast Supervisor, you are responsible for the smooth and efficient execution of the breakfast service, ensuring high quality standards, guest satisfaction and effective team coordination. You act as a reference point for the breakfast team and support the F&B management in daily operations.Your main responsibilities include:Operational management:Organization and supervision of daily breakfast operations; staff scheduling according to occupancy and service needs; coordination of service flow during peak hours.Quality and service standards:Ensuring correct setup, replenishment and presentation of buffet and service areas in line with brand standards, HACCP regulations and hotel procedures.People supervision:Training, guiding and motivating the breakfast team; conducting daily briefings; monitoring performance and service etiquette.Guest experience:Welcoming guests, ensuring a personalized and high-quality breakfast experience; handling complaints and feedback in a professional manner.Communication and coordination:Ensuring effective communication between kitchen and service staff; supporting F&B management with operational feedback.Cost and waste control:Monitoring food consumption and minimizing waste during breakfast service.What are we looking for?Previous experience in a similar role within hotel or hospitality environments.Good knowledge of breakfast operations and buffet service.Very good understanding of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.Strong guest-oriented mindset and service attitude.Leadership skills and ability to motivate and coordinate a team.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work under pressure during peak service times.Good communication skills; knowledge of English is required, additional languages are an asset.Professional attitude, attention to detail and quality focus.Join us Your benefits:Excellent discounts through our global program My Melia Reward for you, your family, and your friends.Many development and advancement opportunities as part of our global Melia Hotels International family.Training and learning academy through eMelia, with the opportunity to learn up to 12 different languages to support your growthA variety of social events and activities focused on diversity and inclusion, creating opportunities to celebrate, as "We're Social" is one of our values.Restaurant Tickets - Meal Vouchers.Requisitos:
