RINA is currently recruiting for aSoftware Embedded System Engineerto join its office in Pomezia within theDigital Technology and CybersecurityDivision.MissionRINA Consulting is looking for a Software Engineer to produce and implement software solutions in defence framework.Our personnel assist in the preparation of design calculations, drafting, technical specifications, reports, and other necessary tasks.Additionally, they utilize computer-assisted engineering and design software, perform fieldwork, and ensure adherence to safety procedures.Key AccountabilitiesSoftware Development:Design and implement embedded software applications for avionics systems.Develop software in compliance with DO-178C or similar safety-critical standards.Participate to software requirements definition and design architecture specificationsIntegrate software onto target equipmentTechnical project managementTechnical interface between client and development teamContribute to defining the detailed specificationParticipate in the definition of the architectureSoftware development and testingReview Data package preparationEducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical EngineeringQualificationsSolid understanding of embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS and bare metal programming)Experience in software development for safety-critical systems, in aviation domain (DO-178C) is plusProficiency in C and ADA***** programming languagesAnalysis skills for algorithm development.CompetenciesADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into
