OverviewOne Works is looking for a Civil Engineer, with expertise in transport design, to join our team in Venice (Marghera).The successful candidate will thrive on delivering efficient, high-performance and, most importantly, fit-for-purpose solutions for complex and technically challenging projects around the world, while coordinating and guiding project teams throughout the design process.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and guide project teams throughout the design process.Deliver efficient, high-performance and fit-for-purpose transport design solutions for complex projects.QualificationsMSc in Civil EngineeringExperience with Civil 3D and RevitAt least 8/10 years experience in Engineering DesignExperience in Infrastructure Design (roads / airports)Proficiency in English is mandatoryProven experience in coordinating and supervising multidisciplinary design teamsAbility to manage design activities, priorities and deliverables within the teamAdditional SkillsAbility to work in a teamAvailable to travel abroadVery motivated and high level of overcoming challengesHigh level of result orientationEager to learn more digital technologies and innovations to make design and implementation processes more efficientAble to get involved in research and innovationEager to share knowledge and contribute to the growth of others#J-*****-Ljbffr
