Aubay è una società di consulenza direzionale e ICT, quotata al mercato NYSE Euronext di Parigi.La nostra proposta:Per un nostro cliente, siamo alla ricerca di un* Network Engineer.Sarai inserito nel gruppo operativo H24 del cliente presso la sede con attività di Service Desk di 1° livello e monitoraggio della struttura Network e Security.Nello specifico:Gestione dei Ticket Change e Incident e presa in caricoGestione dei sistemi di monitoraggioGestione delle chiamate in entrataAvviare e coordinare eventuali sessioni di trouble shooting con tutti i gruppi operativi necessari alla risoluzione delle problematicheGestione delle chiamate dei tecnici on-siteGestione delle mail di gruppoRequisiti richiesti:Conoscenza dei concetti di Network oppure CCNA o corso effettuatoConoscenza dei sistemi e flussi di un Service DeskModalità Operativa:Le attività verranno svolte sulla sede del cliente di Settimo Milanese, su turni h********.È richiesta perciò disponibilità nell'effettuare turni che comprenderanno secondo schedulazioni periodiche: tutti i giorni della settimana, orari notturni, weekend.È necessario essere automunito per raggiungere la sede del clienteSono previsti turni in smart working, su alcune giornate prestabilite.La proposta economica sarà valutata rispetto alla seniority e alle competenze del candidatoRAL ******+ ticket restaurant + diaria per le giornate in presenza.Iter di Selezione:Il percorso di selezione prevede un primo approfondimento conoscitivo/motivazionale con il referente HR dedicato e una successiva fase di valutazione e presentazione delle tematiche tecnico/progettuali.Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi ****** e ****** e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei d.lvi 215 e ******.Cinisello Balsamo, Lombardy, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
