RoleTechnogym is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creativeSocial Media Managerto join our team.As a Social Media Manager, you will be part of the social media team, working across all the company social media touch points and content creation, strengthening relationships with our customers and communities across our social platforms.You will be tasked with developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, engage and widen Technogym community and measuring the success of our social media campaigns.This role will leverage data and brand guidelines to optimize our social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube and Linkedin with a focus on brand building, improving engagement, driving web traffic, and supporting conversion and sales goals.To do so effectively, the Social Media Manager will execute social media strategy through competitive and audience research and optimize company pages within each social media platform.Ideal candidates for this role must have a solid understanding of each social media channel and the levers to improve engagement and effectiveness.Additionally, this role will engage and respond to relevant social conversations on behalf of the brand.This person will also work to develop effective guidelines and social calendars to drive significant followers growth and engagement throughout Technogym ecosystem.Your ImpactBuild and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identificationBuild content calendars and syndication schedulesReport out on performance and key KPI's including growth, engagement and conversion to internal audiencesCollaborate with teams including Marketing, Creative, and Product to generate and publish content- ensuring material is brand-right and relevant to audiencesOptimize company pages within each platformModerate all user-generated content in line with internal guidelinesContinuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the informationCommunity management and building: proven experience in engaging and growing social communitiesWork with social agency to support the narrative of the brand based on the editorial, product and marketing calendar, in alignment with PR, creative & marketing team.Work with stakeholders and varied policies across the world (branches+distributors)Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our branches/distributors communication strategies and business objectivesLiaison with Marketing and Comms on replies to influencer and viral postsManage key stakeholder conversations with senior level global leadershipCreate and curate engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTubeStay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, technologies, and platforms, and recommend new strategies for our clientsMonitor and analyze social media performance, and report on key metrics and trends across the organizationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure all social media content aligns with the company overall communication strategies and brand voiceManage and build social media communities by engaging with followers and responding to comments and messagesWork with branches/distributors to understand their unique social media needs, provide guidance and recommendations, and execute campaigns to drive engagement and resultsStay up-to-date with emerging trends in social media advertising, and recommend strategies for paid social media campaignsDevelop and manage relationships with social media influencers and other partnersWrite long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current usersAbout YouBS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations preferredProven working experience in social media marketing (preferably from luxury/tech/sport consumer brands or modern lifestyle space experiences)Fluent English is required.Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skillsDemonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledgeMinimum 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar roleExcellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and new platforms trends.TikTok vertical content creation expertise will be a plusIntermediate knowledge of social media KPIsExperience with social media tools, experience with Sprinklr platform will be considered a plus (publishing, monitoring, listening, community mgmt. & replies)Strong understanding of core cybersecurity principles, including confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation, with the ability to apply them in managing data,
