OverviewThe role is responsible for providing formal technical and clinical training to customers that have purchased GE Healthcare MR products.Responsibilities include ongoing post-sale customer support, on-site clinical visits for education sessions, and product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses.Key responsibilitiesProvide technical and clinical information to customers by demonstrating the full range of MR product features and benefits.Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software and applications of the GE Healthcare MR portfolio of scanners and post-processing workstation.Monitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings and optimization of the performance of the GE Healthcare equipment utilized by users.Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE Healthcare product demonstrations and workstation promotion as well as customer training.Use product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools.Provide post-training reports and regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organization.Required qualificationsTSRM or Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.Easy to establish relationships with people; open and flexible to work outside of the office.Willingness to travel extensively within the specified geographic region as well as nationwide for trainings, sales meetings and tradeshows.Willing to submit to a check of your driving record if operating a GE owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business.Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflicts, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers).Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based sales process).Self-motivated with initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take action to improve.Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired).Ability to communicate effectively using the local language.Fluent in English and Italian.Clinical/medical background is also requested and clinical scanning skills in MR modality.Inclusion and DiversityGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by law.BehaviorsWe expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership – always with unyielding integrity.Total RewardsOur total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.Our salary and benefits are everything you'd expect from an organization with global strength and scale, and you'll be surrounded by career opportunities in a culture that fosters care, collaboration and support.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No#J-*****-Ljbffr
