RINA is currently recruiting for a Principal CSP - Construction Safety Engineer to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Civil Engineering Division.MissionThe role is focuses on ensuring integration of health and safety requirements in compliance with Legislative Decree *****, supporting the development of technical documents, project schedules, and cost estimates.Key AccountabilitiesPrepare the Safety and Coordination Plan (PSC).Develop and update the Safety File.Implement prevention and protection principles in the design phase.Analyse interference risks and propose technical/organizational solutions.Collaborate with designers, clients, and technical stakeholders.Verify and estimate safety costs.Produce technical reports, drawings, and documentation.Support tender and procurement processes.Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.Produce 2D drawings using AutoCAD.Create/update project schedules using Project, Primavera, Primus-K.Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates using Primus DCF.EducationMaster's Degree in Construction and Environment or Civil Engineering\QualificationsDegree in Civil, Building, or Environmental Engineering.Certification as Safety Coordinator under Legislative Decree *****.5+ years experience in civil and infrastructure projects.Knowledge of Legislative Decree ***** and health & safety regulations.Experience with PSC, Safety File, and safety cost estimation.Ability to identify and mitigate risks.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Project, Primavera, Primus-K, Primus DCF.Teamwork in multidisciplinary environments.Communication with technical stakeholders.CompetenciesADDRESS THE WAY - Have a big picture of different situations and reinterpret it in a perspective wayBUILD NETWORK - Forge trust relationships, across departments, and outside the organizationCLIENT INTIMACY - Embrace internal and external client needs, expectations, and requirements to ensure maximum satisfactionEARN TRUST - Take everyone's opinion into account and remain open to diversityMAKE EFFECTIVE DECISIONS - Structure activities according to priorities, actions, resources and constraintMANAGE EMOTIONS - Recognise one's and other's emotions and express and regulate one's reactionsPIONEER CHANGE - Actively embrace change and benefit from the new circumstancesPROMOTE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - Promote commitment by keeping promises as a Role ModelTHINK FORWARD - Capitalise on experiences and translate them into action plans for the futureRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure & mobility, industry, research & development sectors.Our business model covers the full process of project development, from concept to completion.At RINA, we endeavor to create a work environment where every single person is valued and encouraged to develop new ideas.We provide equal employment opportunities and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected and safe from discrimination or harassment of any kind.We are also compliant to the Italian Law n.*****.#J-*****-Ljbffr
