SD Worxis a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with global reach.We have offices in Europe and Mauritius.Our goal?We bring people solutions to life and turn HR into a value source for our clients and their people.Our people solutions span the entire employee journey, from salary payment to attracting, rewarding, and developing talent.Are you ready to join us?We are looking for aSenior Talent Acquisition Partnerto be based in Milan and support international recruitment activitiesWe require working from the office 2 days per week.ResponsibilitiesOwn the recruitment process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing, recommendation, application reviewing) and negotiating competitive offersPartner with Hiring Managers with a consultative approach and drive processes to move forwardManage an overall positive, smooth, and controlled candidate experienceUse social media sites to promote the SD Worx employer brand, post jobs, and engage candidatesEnjoy working closely with your international colleagues of the recruitment teamEnsure compliance across the team, including data integrity, SLAs, KPIs, and use of Applicant Tracking SystemDevelop new and innovative sourcing pipelines; partner with other stakeholders like universities (recruitment events, job fairs) and peer companies to increase candidate flowKeep up to date with the market in recruitment and staffing, share information and implement appropriate best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or related field5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced, international, or matrix organizationExcellent English and fluent ITA written & spoken is a must-have for this roleProven experience hiring for technical, corporate, or specialized roles (experience in Payroll, HR, IT, Engineering, or Consulting sectors is a plus)Strong knowledge of ITA labor market trends and employment regulationsProficiency in ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, TeamTailor)Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlinesA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to high-quality resultsWhat do we have to offer?An attractive salary based on your experience and achievementsFreedom to compose your personal benefit packageFlexible working hours and working from home 3x per weekWorkation - possibility to work from any SD Worx location (4 weeks per year)Yearly performance review with remuneration reviewLearning opportunities: through an individual development plan and professional trainingCareer growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field or want to expand your knowledge more horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD WorxMore benefits will be introduced as the local branch developsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesHuman Resources Services and Staffing and RecruitingSD Worx embraces diversity in the workplace.Diversity brings inspiration and innovation to our company.We particularly welcome applications from qualified talent, regardless of origin, nationality, gender, skin color, ethnic and social background, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or stage of life.From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.#J-*****-Ljbffr
