About Satispay Satispay was born to revolutionise everyday payments – making them simple, fair, and accessible to everyone.Now, the focus has moved even further, aiming to shape the future of money.We're a movement empowering millions of people, driven by a shared purpose to tackle big challenges.And we're just getting started.We move quickly, think boldly, and trust each other to challenge the norm, learning and growing as we go.If you're looking for more than just your next job – if you want to build something impactful with a talented team – you're in the right place.What You'll Be DoingAs a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our Data Platform Strategy.Here's what your day-to-day will look like:Lead the Data Platform Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for core data infrastructure, ensuring scalability for our growing analytics, machine learning, and operational needs.Manage Core Integrations & Infrastructure: Oversee the product lifecycle for critical backend services and internal tools that serve as the backbone of our microservices architecture.Architectural Partnership: Collaborate closely with Engineers to make high-stakes technical decisions (e.g., build vs. buy, real-time vs. batch, sync vs. async).You must be able to sustain proficient technical conversations about schema design, system reliability, and architectures.Enable Advanced Analytics & ML: Champion infrastructure that empowers Data Science, such as Feature Stores for real-time model inference and robust model monitoring pipelines.Drive Data Governance & Quality: Spearhead initiatives like the Semantic Layer and Data Catalog to democratise data access and ensure consistent business definitions across the company.Privacy, Compliance & Reliability: Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and high availability are built into the platform's core, managing risks for both data assets and transactional integrations.Who We're Looking ForWe need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done.If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit inDoes this sound like you?Technical Background: At least 7 years of experience as a Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or Solution Architect is highly preferred.You must understand the "how" as well as the "what."Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of:Data Stack: Cloud Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT, and orchestration.Backend Systems: Microservices architecture, API integrations (REST/gRPC), and high-volume transactional systems (payments/notifications).Architectural Mindset: Ability to discuss trade-offs in architecture, scalability, and maintenance with technical leads.Strategic Vision: Experience translating abstract business goals into concrete technical roadmaps for both data and platform products.Communication: Ability to speak "Engineer" with the technical teams and "Business" with stakeholders in Product, Finance, and Operations.Language: Fluency in English is essential for effective team communication.Our Benefits & PerksWe believe high commitment, effort, and impact deserve to be highly rewarded and supported.That's why we created Satispay CareAbout, our way of making sure you're supported in your well-being, growth, and finances:??????
