Questa è un'interessante opportunità per entrare in una realtà farmaceutica in forte crescita, con un ruolo chiave nella gestione delle politiche di Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente.Responsabilità La risorsa, riportando alla Direzionedi Stabilimento e gestendo un team di due persone, sarà responsabile delladefinizione, implementazione e monitoraggio del Sistema di Gestione HSE,garantendo la conformità alle normative vigenti e agli standard GMP.Il ruolo prevede: ·Gestione delleattività HSE in conformità a D.Lgs.*****.·Gestione delleanalisi e la valutazione dei rischi ambientali connessi alle attivitàaziendali: attuazione di piani di miglioramento al fine di portare il livellodi rischio ambientale a rischio tollerabile.·Implementazionee aggiornamento delle procedure del sistema di gestione ambientale ***** (gestionerifiuti, emergenze ambientali ecc).·Gestione ditutte le attività documentali obbligatorie (AIA, registri ambientali, praticheautorizzative): gestione delle prescrizioni dell'autorizzazione integraleambientale con compilazione di file di monitoraggio, invio annuale del reportdel gestore e report solventi, acqua di pozzo e analisi amissioni e scarichi.·Gestione deldepuratore in collaborazione con la manutenzione e il laboratorio CQ · Coordinamento delle valutazioni deirischi e implementazione delle misure preventive e correttive.· Aggiornamento e gestione del DVR edelle valutazione dei rischi.·Controllo delcorretto utilizzo dei DPI e del rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza.· Coordinamento della formazioneobbligatoria e specialistica del personale e attività di sensibilizzazione.· Coordinamento degli audit internied esterni (autorità, clienti, certificazioni ISO *****).·Analisi KPIHSE e predisposizione di report periodici per il management.Profilo Saranno valutate per l'iter le solecandidature di professionisti in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: ·Laurea inIngegneria Ambientale, Chimica, Sicurezza sul Lavoro o discipline affini.·Esperienza dialmeno 5 anni in ruoli HSE, preferibilmente in contesti farmaceutici o chimici.·Conoscenzaapprofondita delle normative HSE e delle GMP.·Familiaritàcon la gestione di sostanze pericolose e processi ATEX.·Certificazioni(es.
