Company Vibram S.p.A. is an Italian multinational leader in the production and marketing of high-performance rubber soles, a symbol of innovation and design.In addition to the Italian Headquarters and its central offices in Milan, Vibram boasts international locations with production sites, research and development centers and representation in the United States, China, Japan and Brazil.Job TitleJunior World Class Manufacturing EngineerMissionThe Junior WCM Specialist will support the Continuous Improvement team in implementing World Class Manufacturing principles within the plant.The role involves operational and analytical activities aimed at improving the efficiency, quality, and safety of production processes, with a particular focus on change management, especially in the operational area, demonstrating the ability to address and overcome internal resistance.JobSupport the implementation of Operational ExcellencePropose and coordinate continuous improvement projects and Kaizen workshopsCollaborate with the Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality departments to collect data and propose improvement solutionsContribute to process standardization and the dissemination of WCM cultureMonitor, improve, and analyze plant KPIs to support the teamPrepare reports and presentations for activity monitoringSkillsMaster's degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar)Just graduated or about 1 year of experience in manufacturing engineeringIn-depth knowledge of Lean/WCM principles (5S, SMED, TPM, etc.)Good analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team and good communication skillsProficiency in EnglishExcellent command of Excel and knowledge of Power BI and programming logic is preferredWhat we offerDirect entry into the companyA young, stimulating, collaborative environmentThe history and heritage of a universally recognized brand#J-*****-Ljbffr
