Information Technologies Factory Systems Specialist (MES, WMS, Industry 4.0)We are seeking aFactory Systems Specialistwith deep knowledge ofMES, WMS, and Industry 4.0technologies.Working within the IT Manufacturing, Logistics & Supply Chain team, you will act as the bridge between technology and our production lines.Your role will be crucial for the design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions that optimize production, logistics, and warehouse management, ensuring every process, from make-to-order to engineering-to-order, is handled efficiently and intelligently.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Implementation:Design and implement IT solutions forMES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) ,WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and otherIndustry 4.0technologies (e.G., machine connectivity, IIoT, etc.).Systems Integration:Ensure the seamless integration of factory systems with the ERP ecosystem, particularly withSAPandMicrosoft Dynamics 365, as well as with supplier portals andOEEanalytics platforms.Support and Troubleshooting:Provide second-level support and resolve complex issues on factory systems, ensuring operational continuity in a high-intensity production environment.Project Management:Actively participate inIT demand managementfor the Manufacturing and Supply Chain areas, coordinating projects from requirements analysis to finalquality assurance .Continuous Improvement and cybersecurity:Contribute to the optimization of production and logistics processes by proposing and implementing new technological solutions, acting as a true agent of change.Identify, plan and deploy cybersecurity measures.Required Qualifications and SkillsProven experience as a specialist or consultant in projects related toMES, WMS, and/or Industry 4.0, with at least 3-5 years of experience in complex manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge ofproduction, logistics, and warehouse processes .Ability to integrate factory systems with ERP platforms (in particularSAP PP, MM, WM ) and other business applications.Experience inproject managementand complexproblem-solving .A passion for technology and innovation applied to manufacturing.Excellent communication and collaborative skills.Language Skills:Fluency in bothItalian and English.Knowledge ofGermanorPortugueseis a plus.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyMotor Vehicle ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Iveco Group by 2x#J-*****-Ljbffr
