Overview We are looking for a senior UI designer who loves to design visual communication for digital touchpoints to grant online brand consistency and performance data driven.The use of tools and software is meant to provide not only aesthetic solutions but also to help brands make their online communication more effective.As a UI designer you will work collaboratively across Develon teams - strategist, UX designers, developers - on various projects in several business areas for international brands.The ideal candidate is a creative thinker which aim to find the right balance between visual communication, user experience and achievement of the kpi agreed with the customer.A strong aptitude in understanding clients needs is required as well as the assumption of responsibility on the quality of the output and the ability to interact both with the client and with the members of the internal / external multidisciplinary teams.ResponsibilitiesBe an advocate of what the client wants to reachAbility with software like Photoshop / Invision / ... to create and present mock ups to the clientProven experience on user interface design for websites, app, chiosks, ...Design creative ideas in compliance with UX designers and FE developers needsElaborate client's communication stuffs to create a visual language really effective for each touchpointPresent the mock ups and let the customer understand the value of the aesthetic choices proposedQualificationsSkills & ExperienceBe an advocate of what the client wants to reachAbility with software like Photoshop / Invision / ... to create and present mock ups to the clientProven experience on user interface design for websites, app, chiosks, ...Design creative ideas in compliance with UX designers and FE developers needsElaborate client's communication stuffs to create a visual language really effective for each touchpointPresent the mock ups and let the customer understand the value of the aesthetic choices proposedBenefitsTicket RestaurantBenefits on health services in collaboration with Fondo EstApple stationConferences and EventsTraining, online courses, books and documentationResearch and Development on innovative topicsStrong information sharing on marketing updates, results achieved and new goals (we call it d.breakfast)PlusCreativity and aesthetic finesseLeadership and decision makingSupport the path of growth and improvement of young talentsJ-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
