Are you a Project Engineer looking for an interesting and inspiring opportunity?Do you enjoy being in a customer-facing role?Join our Climate Technology Solutions Engineering & Technology teamAt Baker Hughes our purpose is clear.We take energy forward making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.Our Climate Technology Solutions team focuses on bringing innovative clean technology to the energy and industrial space to accelerate our energy transition journey.Be involved in exciting and original projectsYou will bring strong expertise in both Machinery and Plant solutions, combined with a genuine passion for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.The CTS Engineering portfolio includes a diverse range of execution projects such as: Geothermal ORC units, emission abatement systems, high-temperature industrial heat pumps, hydrogen generation and marine propulsion systems, power generation for data centers, and complex turbomachinery packages for H2, CO2, syngas, and ammonia compression.In this role, you will provide technical leadership for assigned projects, working closely with multiple engineering teams and coordinating all technical activities to ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule targets.You will act as a key interface between customer needs and engineering execution, translating requirements into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across technical departments and suppliers.Your role will be critical in ensuring that designs are completed on time and to the highest standards.You will also be responsible for managing technical aspects involving engineering partners, including subcontracting and construction activities when required.Additionally, you may contribute to feasibility studies, basic and FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) studies for new energy initiatives, and support the development of complex proposals requiring multidisciplinary engineering input.As a Senior Project Engineer -
