OFFERTA - Partner closely with managers and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR initiatives. - Provide strategic and operational support across the full employee lifecycle: workforce planning, talent management, performance, engagement, and retention. - Drive organizational development projects, including change management, team effectiveness, and leadership development initiatives. - Support managers in talent reviews, succession planning, and the identification of high-potential employees. - Oversee employee relations topics, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and compliant working environment. - Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Learning, Compensation &, Benefits) to deliver high-quality HR solutions aligned with corporate guidelines and local needs. - Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to management, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. - Act as an ambassador for company values and culture, promoting engagement and well-being across teams. COMPETENZE ED ESPERIENZA - 5-8 years of experience in HR roles, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable position. - Proven experience supporting business leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed, or growing organization. - Strong understanding of Italian labor law and HR practices. - Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels of the organization. - Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on approach and strong execution capability. - Fluent in Italian and English.
