Talent Acquisition and Recruitment at Intralox Europe LLC.Passion for People and Culture.Transform the future of manufacturing with Intralox.Are you ready to take your engineering career global?Do you thrive in a self-directed environment where innovation and impact go hand in hand?Intralox, a global leader in cutting-edge conveyance solutions, is looking for a passionate and driven Application Engineer to join our Conditioning Platform team.This is your opportunity to work on advanced mechanical and controls technologies—like spirals and tunnels—used across diverse industries worldwide.You'll collaborate with a high-performing, international team while enjoying the flexibility of working from your home office and traveling globally to make a real difference.You will work from a home office based in Italy, Poland or Netherlands and support the EMEA region.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide expert consulting on mechanical and basic control systems for conditioning technologies.Conduct plant visits, technical audits, and health checks to optimize performance.Deliver technical presentations and training to key customers and OEM partners.Support sales and implementation teams with solution design, troubleshooting, and installation.Interface with the implementation team to ensure successful services and installations: review and approve drawings, assess application suitability, and promote high standards of quality and workmanship.Help establish and maintain global implementation standards and best practices for conditioning technologies.Collaborate with the Technical Support Group to review and approve incoming inquiries as the platform's expert product specialist.Be available outside regular business hours to support colleagues and clients on platform-related matters.Collaborate with R&D to develop, test, and roll out new solutions and services.What We OfferGlobal Exposure: Expand your international experience with travel opportunities and cross-cultural collaboration.Innovative Environment: Work on industry-transforming technologies in a company that values creativity and continuous improvement.Supportive Culture: Join a team that invests in each other's success and celebrates shared achievements.Stability & Growth: Be part of a financially strong, premium brand with a track record of consistent performance.Rewarding Benefits: Enjoy a performance-based profit-sharing program and excellent secondary benefits.What You BringBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field.Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial applications and project execution.Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CAD/SolidWorks and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a global team.Willingness to travel up to 50%, including occasional weekends and holidays.Proficiency in English, and Italian or Polish languages.Additional languages are advantageous.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled#J-*****-Ljbffr
