Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:Non-conformity Cell Team LeaderDate:22 Jan ****Company:AlstomAt Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people.From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry.Every day, more than ****** colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Non-conformity Cell Team LeaderPURPOSE OF THE JOBMonitor the process of non-conformities on purchased parts from ERP containment to purchase order placement and through all the reverse logistics flow.Manage and animate the NCR cell teamMAIN RESPONSABILITIESTasksManage the Non-conformity Cell Team and take over the escalated topicsAdapt capacity vs chargeManage the budgeDevelop the standards processes and tools for the NCR cellAnimate the performance and define adequate KPI'sInsure the good performance of the following :Reduce the backlog of NCR to be sent to the suppliers to the minimumPerform the stock movements (restrictions, transfer, scrap)Place and monitor NCR orders for new parts, warranty, repairs in ERP (GSI), follow up quotations and lead timesEnsure lead times are respected for repair ordersManage the reverse logistics back to the supplier with the outbound shipment teamPrioritize urgencies according to production lines needs and challenge material planners when a NC generates a missing partEnsure accuracy of NCR purchase orders to reduce the risk of good reception discrepanciesAnimate daily, weekly and monthly meetings with the involved stakeholdersReports state of blocked stock to Material ManagementTrain the team and install multi competencies skillsParticipate to audits, APSYSApply ethic and compliances, EHS rules within the teamVolume of issued and closed non-conformitiesTime of replenishment (time between declaration of defect and availability of replacement part on the line)Lead time of notification to suppliersAverage time spent in restricted areaOverall non-conformity process timeValue of blocked stock both on site and at supplier locationEHS:Ensure the application of safety guidelines and proper use of manufacturing equipmentEnforce the application of prevention plans / work permitTake all required actions when confronted with any hazardReport all deviation on the production line or in the warehouseOrganize problem solving within the departmentYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you'll be proud.If you're up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from youImportant to noteAs a global business, we're an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone.#J-*****-Ljbffr
