Founded in **** in Italy, the Prada Group was built on a tradition of excellence and with a vision of innovation.The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church's, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.JOB PURPOSEThis role will be responsible for managing and implementing SEO strategies with a strong focus on multilingual e-commerce, driving organic visibility and performance across all Prada Group websites.RESPONSIBILITIESExecute and monitor Prada Group's global SEO strategyGiven that Prada Groups main websites have a presence in 30+ markets, the candidate will need to be able to analyse different market trends as well as gain confidence in understanding the logics and ranking factors of multiple search engines such as Baidu, Naver, Yahoo, Bing and YandexIdentify growth opportunities to enhance organic visibility and improve the performance of the brand's e-commerce websitesConduct in-depth analyses and provide regular SEO reports, identifying trends and recommending optimizationsCollaborate with internal teams (Content, Front-End, IT) to ensure the integration of SEO best practices into digital projectsOptimize website content, structure, and technical performance following on-page and off-page SEO principlesManage keyword research, competitor analysis, and the development of multilingual content strategiesEnsure seamless communication with the IT team and contribute to Agile workflows to align SEO initiatives with development processes – Creating briefs for tech fixes and activities, as well as keeping on top of the successful implementation of requests, which will require checks in both staging and post-live environmentsManage, monitor, and optimize internal site search by analyzing keyword behavior, applying semantic rules, and aligning with business objectivesOversee the development of the SEO roadmap and ensure proper management using relevant tools such as Jira and ConfluenceStay up to date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and search engine algorithms to ensure continuous improvement of SEO strategiesKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSMinimum 5-7 years of experience in an SEO role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.Proven expertise in managing multilingual SEO projects and global platforms.Fluent English (C1/C2 level); additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Chinese) are a plus.Advanced knowledge of SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Algolia and others.Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset, with experience in data interpretation and reporting: Adobe Analytics, BI platform.Solid understanding of technical SEO principles (HTML, JavaScript, website structure, page speed optimization).Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.Strong familiarity with Agile methodology, experience managing complex projects, and interfacing with IT teams.Experience using Google Business Profile and/or other tools for managing local visibility such as YEXT, Uberall etc.Passion for AI and its applications in SEO, with a strong interest in exploring automation, machine learning, and AI-driven insights for optimization.Joining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.The engine of our success is the importance and value that we place on the talent and passion of our people leading to their own professional growth.Prada Group promotes an inclusive work environment, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or other personal characteristics.We believe that diversity is a value and we are committed to build a fair and respectful workplace for all.#J-*****-Ljbffr
