The aim of the RPA Developer is to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions.He/She works closely with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-quality UiPath solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.The RPA Developer works for VW Bank (own company) as well as on behalf of VW Leasing, based on dedicated outsourcing agreements.Role and duty – core businessDesign, build, test and implement automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath componentsFormalize technical and functional analysis in compliance with the automation standards and UiPath best practicesCollaborate with business teams to analyze processes and assess the technical and economical automation feasibilityDevelop reusable automation components and ensure adherence to UiPath best practicesDeploy, monitor, and maintain RPA bots in UiPath OrchestratorManage tickets opened by business users related to existing automationsTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing automationsTake care of existing automations deploying a continuous improvement approachEnsure compliance with security and governance standards in all automation activitiesSupport continuous improvement by identifying new automation opportunitiesEvaluate and monitor the technical capacity of the RPA infrastructure in order to grant a state of the art functionalityCollaborate with HQ Robotics Team in case of issues/requests concerning the RPA infrastructureDevelop and maintain business and technical dashboards aimed at monitoring purposesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process managementCompetencesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldProven hands-on experience as an RPA Developer with UiPath StudioProven knowledge of other UiPath components (Orchestrator, Robot, Insights, AI)UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional, UiPath Certified Professional Specialized AI Professional) strongly preferredProficiency in programming/scripting languages such as C#, .NET, Python, VB.NET, SQLStrong understanding of process analysis, workflow design, and automation best practicesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and agile environmentFull proficiency of English in both written and oral formProven knowledge of Office 365, in particular Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BIAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointAdvanced SAS KnowledgeAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to plan workPersonal flairsPassion for technology and innovationOpen mind and curiousAnalytical, detailed-oriented and organizedCommitment to high standard qualityStress managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly motivated and proactive approach to problem solvingJob ID: *****Company: VOLKSWAGEN BANK GMBHLocation: Milan, Milan, ITDepartment: IT Software DevelopmentWorking Model: Full-timeContract Type: UnlimitedRemote Working: By agreementPosting Date: Oct 23, ****We are the key to mobility - become a part of this exciting journey nowDiscover a variety of tasks and new challenges.Together we will implement exciting projects and reshape the future of mobility.In case of further inquiry please provide the Job-IDas reference number.#J-*****-Ljbffr
