Is Valuation in the Real estate sector, your passion? Do you like data analysis and controlling? Do you value accurate reports? Are you able to use with confidence all valuation methodologies (comparative, simple income-based, and DCF)?Who You AreYou will collaborate with the team in the analysis of the Valuation Report. Your goal will be to manage the valuation process, timing, and assumption.QualificationsAcademic degree in architecture, engineering, or economics2/4 years experience in RE fieldStrong interest in the Real Estate fieldExpert in evaluation processC1 English level - Italian mother tongueFamiliar with Office Package especially with ExcelGood attitude to teamwork2 years reporting activity experience
