Lindbergh Hotels is a distinguished group of luxury hotels and resorts located in Italy, specifically in the regions of Marche, Sicily, Umbria, and Emilia Romagna.Founded by Nardo Filippetti, the group embodies values of elegance, Italian character, and personalized service.Each hotel is designed to offer a unique experience, blending local traditions with modern hospitality.Lindbergh Hotels is always on the lookout for talented and passionate professionals to join our team.As we continue to grow and deliver exceptional guest experiences, we are seeking a dynamicHotel Managerto lead, oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations at our hotel in Pesaro.Position OverviewTheHotel Managerwill be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the team, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management:Lead and manage all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.Ensure staff is trained, motivated, and working collaboratively to achieve operational excellence.Guest Experience:Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing guest concerns, and overseeing quality control in all aspects of the guest stay.Operations Management:Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including budgeting, financial performance, staff schedules, inventory, and resources.Financial Oversight:Monitor hotel's financial performance, manage expenses, and work toward achieving and exceeding revenue targets.Staff Development:Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork, providing ongoing training, and developing staff to grow within the company.Compliance & Safety:Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the hotel.Marketing & Promotions:Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting the hotel, driving occupancy, and maximizing revenue during peak and off-peak seasons.QualificationsProven experienceas aHotel Manageror in a similar senior management position, preferably in the hospitality industry.Strongleadership and team management skills , with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Excellentcommunication, organizational, and problem-solving skills .A hands-on approach with a strongattention to detail .In-depth knowledge ofhotel management softwareand basic financial principles.A passion for hospitality and providing outstandingguest experiences .Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesHospitalityThis job posting is intended to fill afull-year positionwithin Lindbergh Hotels.Get notified about new Hotel Manager jobs inPesaro, Marche, Italy .#J-*****-Ljbffr
