Social network you want to login/join with:Webuild is a global construction player specialized in buildinglarge works and complex infrastructurefor the sustainable mobility, hydroelectric energy, water, green buildings and the tunnelling sectors.Webuild is the expression of120 years of engineering experienceapplied in 50 countries, in five continents, thanks to the talent of 91,000 people from over 120 nationalities.With atotal backlog reaching €65 billion(Consolidated Financial Results at June 30, ****), Webuild is a group guided by the passion for building and the pursuit of excellence, which renewed its commitment to building a sustainable future by applying its know-how to build innovative and valuable works.The QHSE Manager supports the implementation of the company's quality, health, safety and environmental policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and international standards.Under the guidance of the Senior Manager QHSE West Europe, North Europe and North America and the Operations Manager, promotes a corporate culture based on safety, quality and sustainability, contributing to continuous improvement and ensuring safe and efficient work environments across all projects and activities in the region of responsibility.Responsibilities:Assist in the implementation of the Group's QHSE guidelines and policies, ensuring their proper application in the Operating Units in the region of responsibility (North America);Support local QHSE Managers in the definition and development of project QHSE plans, monitoring their effectiveness and compliance with ISO ****, ISO ***** and ISO ***** standards;Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and QHSE management systems, collaborating in the definition of corrective and preventive actions;Prepare QHSE documentation for tenders, institutional reports, and performance monitoring, in collaboration with the Proposal Manager and relevant teams;Collaborate in the planning and delivery of QHSE training, promoting a corporate culture focused on safety, quality, and sustainability;Provide technical and operational support for incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive and corrective actions;Monitor QHSE KPIs and propose solutions to improve performance, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, safety engineering, or related disciplines;At least 10 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in engineering, construction, or complex industrial fields.Excellent command of Italian and English;Familiarity with ISO **** (Quality), ISO ***** (Environment), and ISO ***** (Health and Safety) standards, with preference for direct experience in management system implementation;Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other specialized software in QHSE field;Ability to analyze data, interpret regulations, and support the definition of operational strategies;Basic QHSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), IOSH Managing Safely, or other recognized equivalent qualifications) will be a pre-requisite;Aptitude for teamwork and ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, excellent organizational skills and flexibility with willingness to travel in the 'area of expertise.Webuildis an Equal Opportunity Employer.All applications for vacant positions will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, age, disability or beliefs.#J-*****-Ljbffr
