In **** Italdesign obtained the Top Employers Certification for the tenth year in a row.Italdesign is looking for a Buyer with experience on Engineering Services in Automotive field. The candidate will join the Purchasing team of the headquarters and will report directly to the Responsible of the organizational unit.ResponsibilitiesInternational Supplier Scouting;Supplier relationship management;Tender and order management (technical specification from business unit collection, request for quotation submission, quotation harmonization and collection, negotiation, supplier nomination, order issue);Taking care of the results (KPI) achieving;Interfacing and working together with different speakers during the project meetings, consolidating relations and contributing to the integration into the Company and into the Group.Key requirements3-5 years of experience in purchasing engineering services in automotive field;Knowledge of main purchasing technicality (purchase marketing, tender planning, risk management, economics data analysis, negotiation);Knowledge of main principle of contracts;Capability on make or buy analysis and on cost breakdown analysis;Capability on data analysis, reporting and presentation;Capability to interface and to cooperate with other organizational units and/or at different levels (both internal and suppliers / customers);Sense of integrity and responsibility;Take on responsibility, being able to share achievements with the team;Show initiative and work in a structured way.Preferential requirementsDynamic and proactive approach;Able to work indipendently;Able to develop activities in compliance with BU needs, timing and quality content, collecting specifications and requesting quotations from the supply chain.Additional InformationEducation:Economic or Engineering background education.Language skills:Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.Workplace:Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel.Benefit:continuous training (technical, soft and languages skills), company canteen, health insurance, car leasing program, smart working, flexible benefits, good work-life balance.Italdesign is committed to create an inclusive, diverse and safe workplace, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer (L.******).We welcome applications from all candidates, regardless of the gender, ethnic, religion, sexual orientation, disability, parental status, or social origin.
