KONEis a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry: our job is to make the world's cities better places to live.At KONE, our mission is to improve the flow of urban life.As a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, KONE provides elevators, escalators, and automatic building doors, as well as solutions for maintenance and modernization, which add value to the life cycle of any building.KONE Industrial Spa is one of the European manufacturing units of KONE Supply Chain.KONE Finance professionals are responsible for corporate controlling and reporting, treasury, taxes, investor relations, as well as finance development and alliances and acquisitions.We support our business colleagues by driving a financially sound business direction and providing relevant intelligence for decision-making.With dedicated roles and global communities for support, our Finance function is a community with a high level of professionalism and ample opportunities for learning and growthWe are looking for a highly motivatedJuniorBusiness ControllerforKONE Supply Chain Europebased in Pero Milan, Italy.The candidate will join the Supply Chain Europe Finance Team.Junior Business Controller supports Business Controllers in analyzing and monitoring the business performance.He/She supports the business by proactively identifying solutions to improve business performance.Junior Business Controller supports the Business Controller in regularly reviewing and ensuring that activities are performed in accordance with the KONE Financial Control Model (FCM) and provides necessary analysis to ensure financial impacts are measured and reported following the KONE accounting standards and instructions.Junior Business Controller is also accountable for supporting in executing the planning process according to global guidelines with the business leadersYour Responsibilities And Key ActivitiesBusiness partnering with strong outside-in mindset understanding of the business logic and dependencies between key operational processes, relationships and metricsBeing part of the business controlling team promote and ensure adequate finance understanding in the business organizationSupporting the Business Controller in providing actionable insights, key findings, and conclusions to business that support the Management, including manufacturing cost, product cost and other Key Performance IndicatorsPerform Product and Manufacturing Costing analysis including material costing runs, activity costing analysis, production order costing reviewEnsure that key reporting principles and correct costing parameters as defined by KONE accounting and reporting guidelines and policiesSupport the planning and forecasting processesParticipate and contribute to the Business Controlling Community to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the functionMaintain strong connections with other stakeholders and other Finance colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trendsRequirements for the role:At least 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in an industrial environmentM.
