EngineeringProject Manager, INDApply nowAtGrundfos, we are driven by a powerful purpose: to solve the world's water and climate challenges and improve quality of life for people everywhere.As pioneers in advanced pump solutions and water technology, we lead the way in innovation, efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.We're looking for aProject Manager to join our Industrial (IND) team and help us deliver high-impact projects across Southern Europe.If you're passionate about engineering excellence and thrive in dynamic environments, this could be your next big move.Location: Spain or ItalyReports to: Manager Project Delivery, IND, EuropeWhat You'll Be DoingAs a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of complex industrial projects from start to finish.Your mission will be to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and technical leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead high-complexity projects using Grundfos systems and processesCoordinate on-site activities with customers and subcontractorsManage project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risksEnsure compliance with contracts, QA/QC, Health & Safety, and performance standardsAct as the main technical and customer-facing contact throughout the project lifecycleSupport proposal teams with project evaluations and risk assessmentsReport on project financials and compile lessons learnedOversee logistics and workshop activities when neededCollaborate with Finance to ensure timely paymentsWhat You'll BringBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and Project ManagementMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large international companyFluent in English, Spanish and/or Italian; other European languages are a plusProven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budgetStrong technical knowledge of pumps, dosing, and disinfection systemsExperience in contract management and cross-functional project coordinationFamiliarity with CRM, SAP PS/BW, MS Office, project management tools, and CADExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWillingness to travel as part of the roleWhy Grundfos?Work for a company that makes a real difference in the worldBe part of a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative cultureEnjoy opportunities for professional growth and international exposureApply NowApply nowInformation at a GlanceWorkplace: Hybrid (office and home-working)Job Location: Truccazzano, Milano, Italy | Algete, Madrid, Comunidad de, SpainContract Type: Full-TimeEmployment Type:#J-*****-Ljbffr
