Responsibilities Establish an ongoing partnership with consultants. Prepare and review proposals, ensuring quote accuracy, commercial verification, and customer need alignment. Validate assumptions during promotion meetings and build detailed cost estimates and scope of work. Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, identifying specification issues and providing resolution solutions. Collaborate with the appropriate sales team to understand customer requirements and critical areas. Review estimates with operations and sales teams to achieve mutual agreement. Involve estimators and PDE in developing offering and bundle solutions in accordance with operations and sales teams. Own the JC value proposition to consultants by continuously optimizing the link between consultant operations and business objectives. Understand and apply knowledge of competitor business products and solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent experience. Five to eight years of experience in building systems (BMS and integrated solutions) or operational processes. Demonstrated strong technical subject matter expertise to build credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment. Commercial attitude to establish partnerships with customers. Ability to influence consultants in their technical project choices. Strong teamwork attitude. Computer literacy, particularly with MS Word and Excel. Fluent Italian and English language skills (verbal, reading and writing). Ability to work under pressure while ensuring deadlines are met.
