About Enfinity Global Enfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.Our team of over 400 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle.We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Specialist to join the corporate procurement department, supporting the development of PV solar and BESS projects across Europe.This role reports to the Head of Procurement (Europe) and will be responsible for managing procurement activities for major equipment and coordinating logistics processes to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.The position requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of PV and BESS systems, and the ability to work independently as a single point of contact for suppliers.Key responsabilitiesProcurementDefine project and contract needs in alignment with engineering and development teams.Develop and maintain supplier relationships at a portfolio level, ensuring consistency and scalability.Prepare and lead RFI / RFQ tender processes, negotiate and close contracts for main equipment (modules, inverters, BESS systems, substations, MV / HV lines).Conduct cost analysis and negotiations to achieve quality assurance and best supply chain cost.Collaborate with the legal department to ensure favorable contract terms.Support procurement activities during downtime in logistics operations (e.g., module price requests).LogisticsManage logistics for major equipment, including marine transportation, storage, and quality inspections.Oversee documentation management for logistics processes.Coordinate with local teams for on-site inspections and local logistics tasks.Ensure consolidated management of production schedules, transportation, and storage to avoid fragmentation across multiple project managers.Track and report logistics status during negotiations and execution phases.GeneralCommunicate regularly with internal stakeholders on procurement and logistics status.Apply process improvements and ensure full compliance with company policies.Support clean transition plans and workload distribution when team changes o.RequirementsEngineering degree (Mandatory).Master desirable.At least 10 years of work experience in Procurement within solar PV industry (IPPs) and internationally.Good knowledge in industrial project procurement and contract management.Proactive, self-motivated, and strong organization skills.Project management skills working with large scale solar, wind and / or storage development projects.Working knowledge of the integration between procurement and supply chain systems data.Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.Flexibility and ability to travel.In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.Here we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.Let's build our future together.Visit to discover more about our culture and value.BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus#J-*****-Ljbffr
