The scope of the role includes Digital PR & Social Media (with local agencies), Consumer, Retail and Trade Marketing activations to strengthen brand awareness and business performance in these MarketsJOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the implementation of ghd's global marketing strategy in new and emerging markets, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.Develop and manage Digital PR and influencer plans to build visibility and engagement in local markets.Coordinate consumer and trade activations, adapting global campaigns to local needs and retail environments.Collaborate with local Distributors, agencies, and internal teams to deliver impactful 360° marketing plansSupport the ghd Commercial team during the local Field and Market visits to ensure a proper execution of go to market strategyMonitor campaign results and market performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness.Coordinate all the internal processes that are linked to Brand and Marketing execution in the International MarketsFull management of assigned BDG KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCEDegree in Marketing, Business or related field.4+ years of experience in Marketing Department preferable experience in international or regional marketing roles.Background in Digital PR, Consumer Marketing, and Trade Marketing.Excellent communication and project management skills.Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
