Relocation assistance and Visa Sponsorship will be provided**Savino Del Bene Logistics is seeking adynamic, motivated, and skilled Logistics Lean Manager,ready to relocate to the United Statesand lead the implementation of Lean principles and methodologies across all Savino Del Bene logistics facilities in the country.This position is part of theLogistics Division, which manages warehouses worldwide and provides Contract Logistics services to its clients.The main goal of the role is toenhance business performancein terms of productivity, cost management, and customer satisfaction—by optimizing processes, eliminating waste, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement at every level of the organization.The position reports directly to theOperations Director,overseeing U.S. logistics operations and indirectly to theGlobal Contract Logistics Lean Managerat the group level.Workplace:Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania – USAResponsibilitiesAnalyse every macro and micro process phase and plan targeted actions to create an operational ecosystem that eliminates waste and enhances efficiency.Conduct regular review sessions with management and daily training, sharing, and feedback sessions with staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Promote the importance of cleanliness and order in all work areas to ensure a safer and more productive environment.Assess warehouse space management and redesign layouts to support optimal flow, ergonomics, and waste reduction.Develop action plans, define KPIs, and measure the impact and effectiveness of implemented initiatives.Identify and coordinate key local resources responsible for maintaining Lean practices over time.Education and ExperienceGood written and spoken knowledge ofItalian and English.Knowledge ofSpanishis considered a plus.Lean certification(e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt).Degreein Engineering, Logistics, or related disciplines.Minimum of5 years of experiencein a similar role.Strong willingness to relocate to the U.S. and integrate into a dynamic international environment.Professional RequirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to map, identify, and resolve inefficiencies.Leadership ability to guide and motivate multidisciplinary teams toward shared goals.Excellent communication skills to engage with different business functions and ensure effective training.Accuracy and reliability in defining project plans and measuring results.Confidence in people's potential and a promoter of mutual respect.Availability fortravel(one to two weeks) to other Savino Del Bene logistics facilities in the U.S.Tools and SkillsProven experience applyingLean and Kaizen methodologieswithin logistics environments.In-depth knowledge ofoperational processes.General understanding ofWMS (Warehouse Management System)logic and technologies supporting operations.Proficiency withMicrosoft Office Suiteand familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, or equivalent).The CompanyFounded in Florence over 120 years ago,Savino Del Beneis today the leading Italian freight forwarder and ranks among the top 25 worldwide.
