Company DescriptionTheAnsaldo EnergiaGroup is one of the world's leading power generation companies.Its core business is the supply and service of components and technological solutions for power generation with rotating machines.The company designs and manufactures turbines and generators, and provides service and continuous improvement.Headquartered in Genoa, the Group employs more than 3,300 people and has a strong international presence with more than 30 offices around the world.Ansaldo Energia is one of the leading players in the transformation and decarbonisation of power generation.Its turbogas fleet is already capable of burning between 40 and 70 per cent hydrogen, with the aim of reaching 100 per cent by ****.PositionWe are seeking a motivated and analytical Production Planner to join our Supply Chain Operations Team at Ansaldo Energia.Working within a dynamic cross-functional environment, you will help align production and procurement activities with market demands by leveraging Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) systems, SAPS/4Hana, and data analytics to drive informed decision-making.Key responsibilitiesContribute to finite capacity production planning, ensuring seamless alignment between commercial forecasts and manufacturing capabilitiesCollect, verify, and integrate data from ERP systems and other corporate sources to maintain the integrity and accuracy of planning toolsProvide critical timing guidance to supply chain and manufacturing teams regarding material procurement and production schedulesSupport the development and monitoring of planning KPIs and performance reportsBuild comprehensive knowledge of Ansaldo Energia's product portfolio and manufacturing processes to enhance planning qualityCoordinate with Sales, Demand Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management, and Factory Scheduling teamsCreate production planning scenarios to evaluate commercial offer feasibility and support business developmentParticipate in integrated planning meetings to ensure alignment across departmentsDevelop proficiency in SAPS/4Hana for data extraction, material planning, and supply chain decision supportApply advanced Excel functions for data manipulation and analysis of complex datasetsMaster specialized planning systems including APS and MS Project to create reliable production schedulesIdentify and recommend improvements to existing production and material planning processesContribute to strategic initiatives that leverage data analytics to enhance planning accuracy and efficiencyRequirementsDegree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Management), Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Information Technology (for candidates interested in digital transformation and supply chain analytics)Experience in supply chain and Power Generation machinery manufacturing is preferredStrong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, basic macros)Familiarity with ERP systems (SAPS/4Hana preferred) and planning platforms (Cyberplan experience is advantageous)Fluent in both English and Italian, both written and spokenOther informationThis announcement is addressed to candidates of both genders in accordance with the law (L.******).#J-*****-Ljbffr
