KIONA— part of the CAREL Group— is looking for anHead of Businessresponsible for driving the commercial success of Kiona's solutions in the local market, to join ourCAREL Italyteam.He/she lead the execution of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, ensuring strong customer engagement, partner activation, and revenue growth.His/Her focus is on operational sales leadership—building and managing a high-performing sales team, executing local sales plans, and ensuring pipeline health and conversion.He/she is also the senior representative in the country, which means he/she serve as the office manager, contributing to a positive and collaborative office culture that aligns with Kiona's values.ResponsibilitiesExecute the country-specific GTM plan in alignment with the central strategy.Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring CRM accuracy and forecasting discipline.Drive partner engagement and activation in the local ecosystem following our Partner Program.Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.Participate in tender processes and support pricing discussions within defined frameworks.Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and market feedback.Represent Kiona in the local market, including customer meetings, events, and partner forums.Secure a good work environment in the office.Enable a collaborative and engaging office environment.SkillsSales Execution: Proven ability to drive B2B sales in a SaaS or tech environment.Customer Focus: Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach.Operational Discipline: Skilled in CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting.Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and align with central teams.Market Understanding: Knowledge of the local market landscape and customer needs.Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator in both local language and English.If you're motivated and eager to make an impact,apply today and become part of CAREL and KIONA's journey toward innovation and sustainabilitySeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesSoftware Development#J-*****-Ljbffr
