As anExpert Strategy, M&A Transaction,you will join theChief Financial Officerfunction . Specifically, your team will identify, select, analyze, and execute asset and company acquisition and divestment transactions, contributing to the achievement of business objectives in terms of portfolio strengthening and decarbonization.Key activities:Contribute to the management and execution of acquisition and divestment transactions within the scope of expertise.
