Overview Join Our TeamWe are currently recruiting a Legal and Compliance Analyst to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.This role is part of a global team working toward common goals.We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.ResponsibilitiesIndependently draft, review, and negotiate standard contracts and commercial agreementsAdvise business teams on company governance, compliance, and regulatory issues with general supervisionIdentify and help manage legal risks in business transactionsInfluence internal stakeholders by explaining relevant legal facts, policies, and practicesHandle moderately complex legal matters related to company structuring, partnerships, and transactionsIndependently manage standard compliance reporting and documentation processes with general supervisionAnalyze regulatory and contractual requirements, identifying and addressing compliance gapsPrepare accurate, evidence-based reports to meet internal and external obligationsCommunicate compliance requirements and procedures to asset teams and external contractorsInfluence others within the compliance area through clear explanations of policies and best practicesEducationBachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related fieldExperience And Technical Skills3–6 years of experience practicing corporate law, with exposure to business transactions and commercial contractsIntermediate skills in contract negotiation, legal analysis, and compliance documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal research tools3–6 years of experience in compliance, reporting, or risk management (preferably in energy or infrastructure)Proficient in compliance management software and regulatory researchStrong skills in documentation, reporting, and data analysisKey CompetenciesProblem-solving and analytical thinkingAbility to work independently with general supervisionStrong written and spoken communicationClient/stakeholder orientationUnderstanding of business context and risk managementEffective communication and training deliveryAnalytical thinkingAbility to work independentlyStrong collaboration skillsCompany CultureWe believe in a culture of trust, shared goals, and accountability.No matter where you are based, you are part of one team working toward the same mission.#J-*****-Ljbffr
