Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoroNight Leadership RoleAs we prepare for the launch of our luxury hotel, we are building a team of experienced professionals to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.We are seeking a seasonedNight Manager, responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift.This key leadership role will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts and safeguarding the guest experience in our discreet hours.Main Responsibilities:Oversee all hotel operations during night shift including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage servicesAct as senior leader on duty, upholding standards and proceduresSupport Front Office and Night Audit activities with confidence and authorityEnsure safety security operational continuity overnightAbout You:Prior experience as Night Manager or similar role preferably within luxury hotels environment neededStrong understanding of hospitality practices requiredFluency in English (additional languages an asset)Availability to work flexible schedules including nightsAbility to lead teams, motivate colleagues, achieve goalsHigh level flexibility, adaptability, problem-solving skills essentialPassionate about delivering personalized customer service, with expertise to optimally care for guestsResult-driven, proactive, efficient communicator, inspired by positive energy, contributing to a professional cultureCollaborative teamwork, setting clear channels for feedback, opening room for improvement, continuous learningStrive to deliver results, creative forward-thinking, competitor awareness to expand possibilitiesThoughtful approach to grow business in a sustainable green future, embrace changes, transforming corporate solutions, leveraging and exceeding personal limitsStrong logical thinkingCelebrating achievements and learning from challengesInspiring others and building professional relationshipsCreare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricercaLuxury hotel operations specialist • Roma, Lazio, Italia#J-*****-Ljbffr
