Per il nostro team R&D Saddles & Accessories, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Product Developer, responsabile delle attività tecniche di progettazione, sviluppo e messa in produzione delle categorie di prodotto "sella e accessori", collaborando con i vari team di lavoro garantire la fattibilità dei progetti, un design ottimale e il rispetto dei tempi, della qualità e delle funzionalità richieste dai Brand.Potresti essere tu?LE TUE RESPONSABILITÀ:Collaborare con il Product Manager per definire e attuare strategie di sviluppo prodottoOttimizzare tempi e flussi di lavoro durante il processo di sviluppoGuidare la comunicazione tra team interni e fornitori per coordinare test e campionatureOttenere campioni e specifiche tecniche dai fornitoriTrovare soluzioni costruttive e di cosmetica in linea con le esigenze del BrandCollaborare con progettisti interni ed esterni, monitorando rischi e criticitàSviluppare le proposte estetiche richieste e coordinare test su materiali e graficheSviluppare materiali di rivestimento ed estetici di prodottoOrganizzare test di performance su nuovi materiali e componentiOrganizzare e analizzare test di laboratorio per identificare criticità e proporre soluzioniValutare il rispetto delle specifiche di qualitàPartecipare ai primi assemblaggi in fabbrica per validare scelte progettuali e pianificare azioni correttiveFar in modo che il progetto rientri nei tempi, costi, funzioni e qualità predefinitiLE TUE COMPETENZE:Conoscenza dei materiali termoplastici, acciaio, carbonio e tessuti sintetici;Conoscenza del processo e delle metodologie per lo Sviluppo di Prodotto nell'ambito dell'Ufficio Tecnico;Conoscenza base dei software per lo sviluppo di prodotto (2D preferibilmente CorelDraw e 3D preferibilmente Catia e Rhinoceros);Conoscenza delle logiche dei tools di Project Management, PDM/PLM, analisi FMEA etc.;Inglese fluente;Pacchetto Office (con focus su excel);Organizzazione e leadership;Propensione e disponibilità a viaggiare.IL TUO PERCORSO:Laurea triennale/magistrale in Design Industriale, Ingegneria meccanica o affini.Preferibile esperienza di 3-5 anni in ruoli di sviluppo prodotto per aziende produttive di prodotti sportivi tecnici.Tutte le informazioni e i dati forniti saranno trattati in ottemperanza alla legislazione vigente in materia di trattamento dei dati personali ai sensi del Regolamento europeo ******** ("GDPR").La ricerca è rivolta a entrambi i sessi (Legge ****** e art.8D.lgs ******).#J-*****-Ljbffr
