Quality Management System Implementation Specialist We are currently looking for a NextGen eQMS Implementation Specialist to join our UPS Healthcare team.The role supports the global roll-out of a new electronic Quality Management System (QMS), from preparation through Go-Live and post-implementation "hyper-care" support across multiple business units and countries within the wider UPS Healthcare organization.About the TeamAs a NextGen eQMS Implementation Specialist, you will work with a cross-functional team including IT, product managers, quality, and compliance professionals.You will be a key player in the delivery of this new system.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise between the central project team and local teams.Gather data in preparation for go-live.Manage training with regional/local teams and act as Qualified Trainer to support local/regional training.Act as Point of Contact to monitor, report, and log user application issues.Support development of local training (if required).Support development and validation activities of eQMS modules (if required).Adhere to quality standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with regional/local regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.Ideal CandidateBachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) – Science or related discipline – Preferred.Experience in healthcare / logistics industry or experience with introduction of new quality management systems – Preferred.Native or fluent in Italian and excellent English skills both verbal and written.Experience utilizing and managing electronic Quality Management Systems, with knowledge of GxP such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP).Proven experience working in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with keen attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels.Strong organization and time-management skills.Flexible in working hours.Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).Highly motivated and self-driven to work at a fast pace.A collaborative attitude and team-oriented mindset.LocationThis role is open to remote working in Italy.Candidates must attend the UPS Healthcare Facility (Spino d'Adda, Cremona) for onboarding and infrequent visits (CompensationSalary package starting from around €37,600 gross per year, depending on experience and qualifications.Type of EmploymentFixed term.Equal OpportunityUPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.#J-*****-Ljbffr
