HR Administration Specialist - Labor Relations InPost is a leading player in the business-to-consumer parcel delivery market.In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader.InPost covers the Italian market with a network of **** PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 45,000 fully automated parcel lockers that are accessible 24/7, enabling customers to collect, send, and return parcels at their earliest convenience.The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer's Polish home market.Our constantly expanding location/host partners include major supermarkets, petrol stations, rail operator sites, subways, and shopping centres.We're passionate about our mission and products and our people are the reason we succeed.We're looking for people with drive and curiosity who will join us in re-writing the normPosition SummaryThe HR Specialist supports the HR Admin Manager in managing labor relations and HR administrative activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper application of company procedures.He/she collaborates with the HR team and functional managers to guarantee efficient and compliant processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLabor RelationsSupport the management of relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.Assist in preparing documentation for collective agreements and company-level agreements.Provide support in handling disputes and disciplinary procedures.Monitor regulatory updates and prepare informative reports.HR AdministrationAssist in managing employee records and updating the HRIS system.Support the payroll process in collaboration with the external provider.Collaborate in managing benefits and responding to employee requests.Assist in managing audits and internal controls.Support hiring processes and contract management.RequirementsDegree in Law, Economics, or related fields.3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on labor relations and administration.Knowledge of labor regulations and HR processes.Strong proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.Familiarity with the Commerce National Collective Agreement (CCNL Commercio).Nice to have:Knowledge of INAZ or similar HR management systems.Soft SkillsAccuracy and confidentiality.Organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.Effective communication and teamwork.Proactivity and results orientation.Why Choosing InPost?Multinational environmentFlexible, creative, vibrant working environmentContribute to the creation of responsible and sustainable logisticsJoin a team of passionate, skilled, and motivated individualsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at InPost Italy by 2xGet notified about new Human Resources Specialist jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
