We build hope for everyone dealing with Cancer.The Service Engineer will be responsible for and servicing of all Elekta products within the area of responsibility.Activities include planned maintenance, emergency corrective maintenance, upgrades, installation work, courtesy calls to local customers and telephone support either from the office in the BU or from a remote location.This is a homebased role (Avellino- Benevento area, Campania region)with a requirement to travel throughout the Business Unit and Cluster as required and as directed by their line manager.What You'll Do At ElektaWould you like to be part of our motivated global team, where we aim to attract and invite the best skills to Elekta?We offer you an exciting opportunity to join our Service & Operation team in Italy, which is currently a team of almost 40 members and in the south of Italy there are 10 service engineers.In this exciting and diverse role, you will be asked to serve customers in your area primarily and be available to travel outside your area.ResponsibilitiesAware of and able to follow the company's policies around compliance, the environment, data management and quality systems.Capable of using and populating the companies service systems and databases.Is capable of independently performing all planned maintenance tasks.Is capable of independently performing the majority corrective maintenance tasks.Can perform more complex fault finding and repair independently.Good presentational skills able to run local knowledge
