We, at iVis Technologies Srl, located in Taranto, Italy at Via Luigi Corsi, 50, are currently seeking to recruit a Supply Chain & Logistics Operator.Who are we looking forWe are looking for a person with passionate interest for being a part of a project organization ensuring that the business is running smoothly from well-maintained supply chain perspective, storage and to communicate with all suppliers and clients efficiently.The Supply Chain & Logistics operator role is a key member of the Supply Chain & Logistics division, reporting directly to the Supply Chain & Logistics Director.He is responsible for:Manage loading and unloading of any kind of goods in the warehouse.Moves the goods in the warehouse.Manage delivery and storage operations.Control of goods (incoming/outgoing).Coding of goods according to organization operative procedures.Preparation the goods before the shipments.Preparation of packaging/labelling goods with required documentations (delivery note, packing list, awb, etc).Manage transport services to and from the customer or supplier, choosing the most advantageous mode of transportation.Performs the orders to the supplier.Performs the repeat orders for inventory restocking to keep the production line running at its optimal capacity.Executes the warehouse inventory.Administrative management of the warehouse.Skills and experience requiredThe Supply Chain & Logistics operator must be highly motived, self-directed, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated ability to work effectively at least in a team setting.Proven experience as Supply Chain & Logistics operator.Educated to fundamentals in Logistics Business and with good understanding of business functions such as Sales, Purchasing, Operations, etc.Good working knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft applications and inventory management skills required.Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment.Advanced level communication with all suppliers and clients.Good communicator and good knowledge of written and spoken English.The contract and salary terms will be determined based on the skills, competences and experience of the candidate.#J-*****-Ljbffr
