structures, and investment prioritizationWork cross-functionally with internal teams to assess financial implications of new capabilities, features, and service launchesLead deep-deep analyses to identify and quantify opportunities, risks, optimizations, and growth strategiesDevelop financial models to evaluate trade-offs between different Agentic AI architectures, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approachesSupport controllership activities and planning cycles for Agentic AI with focus on P&L managementDesign and implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that enable data-driven decision-making across the Agentic AI organizationA day in the lifeYou will partner with the Agentic AI team to shape financial strategy and enable faster, more informed decision-making.Your day might include analyzing the unit economics of different AI features, partnering with Product teams on explaining growth drivers, developing pricing frameworks for new agentic capabilities, or presenting financial insights in business reviews.Because this is an emerging and rapidly evolving space, you'll help establish new financial mechanisms and frameworks.You'll have the opportunity to showcase your work with senior leaders and influence decisions that shape the future of Agentic AI.Basic Qualifications3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experienceBachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experiencePreferred Qualifications4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experienceExperience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysisProcess management skillsExperience performing financial and ad-hoc analyses and providing data-driven recommendations to senior managementExperience in developing financial reporting/scalable labor across several US geographic markets.The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market.Pay is based on
