TR Supply Chain Program Manager , AMET - Supply ChainPM is responsible for driving end-to-end strategic supply chain initiatives across Turkey.The role partners closely with Operations, Business and Planning teams to optimize inventory flow, improve inbound visibility and standardize key planning processes in alignment with regional MENA frameworks.This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring long-term network health and execution readiness through structured reviews, data-backed analysis and cross-functional collaboration.Key job responsibilitiesLead Monthly Inbound and Placement MBRs; drive structured discussions with Operations and Business to align on targets, risks, and mitigations.Contribute to VBI programs, Business MBRs and Event Learning Reviews, ensuring insights are translated into measurable actions.Support S&OP alignment by synchronizing inbound, placement and capacity inputs across TR by adopting best practices from ROW network.Build consistent frameworks for forecasting accuracy, arrival tracking and network guardrails adherence.Identify process gaps and create scalable mechanisms for proactive issue resolution.Identify and document tech and data requirements for TR planning workflows.Partner with SCOT, SHARP and other tech teams to onboard Marketplace planning capabilities and automation features.Support network design and planning inputs for OP1/OP2/3YF cycles.Basic Qualifications5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Network Design, or Operations Strategy within a large-scale or multi-country fulfillment environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and TableauExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related fieldDemonstrated ownership in driving standardization across multi-country networksOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
