OverviewMoncler Group is specialized in luxury clothing and accessories.We are a Group characterized by experientiality, inclusiveness, sense of belonging to a community and contamination of different meanings and worlds.Our goal is that Moncler's social channels not only communicate our identity or our products, but that they move to meet the interests, tastes and emotions of our community and beyond.We are looking for afull-timeClient Advisorto complete the team in our Boutique atMalpensa Airportin Ferno (VA).Your ImpactThe Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance will guide each single client across the brand's values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs and building a profitable, long-lasting relationship.The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets as well.Activities:Ensures an unique client experience, creating a long lasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clienteling activities, providing a warm and welcoming environment;Achieves excellent selling performances and results;Implements and maintains Company's Visual standards in store, collaborating with Visual Merchandising team, ensuring replenishment and stock management;Active cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories;Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, being a reliable partner.QualificationsPrevious experience in sales roles, experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;Passionate about Retail, Client oriented and with commercial mindset;Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;Strong interpersonal skills;Willingness to evolve in the organisation, willingness to relocate is a plus;Fluency in English, proficiency in another language is considered as a plus."Moncler is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of Ethnic origin, Skin color, Religion, Civil status, Age, Nationality, Ancestry, any form of disability or neurodivergence, medical condition, Gender, Gender Identity or Expression, Sexual Orientation.
