OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and sharp Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Monetization team who will help us move fast and run bold experiments to improve our team onboarding and conversion flows.This role blends sharp coding skills with a pragmatic, hypothesis-driven mindset.The salary for this position is€73,000annually, and we are committed to reviewing salaries every year based on company and individual performance.You can work from anywhere in the world as long as your main location is between UTC-4 and UTC+8:00.Our team meetings are scheduled between 11:00 and 16:00 UTC.Your availability and commitment to participate in these sessions are essential for effective collaboration and team alignment.The RoleAs a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of speed, design, and experimentation.You'll build user-facing features using React and related technologies, supporting our product growth efforts with a strong focus on team activation, onboarding, and conversion to paid plans.You'll be involved not just in development, but also in generating lightweight design proposals and suggesting improvements to ship experiments faster, always keeping the hypothesis in focus.ResponsibilitiesLeading and building rapid product experiments across Track and SuiteTranslating hypotheses into UI solutions in collaboration with Product DesignersOptimizing frontend performance for speed and usabilityCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ship end-to-end experimentsMaintaining high code quality and conducting code reviewsProactively helping reduce experiment scope and improve implementation speed through pragmatic design and technical suggestionsAbout youYou're a hands-on senior engineer who can bring structure, speed, and creative thinking into experimentation.You're analytical, pragmatic, and excited to work closely with Product to validate hypotheses and drive measurable impact.We're looking for someone who:Is comfortable working with TypeScript, HTML, CSS and modern frontend stacksHas experience leading development projects and collaborating cross-functionallyUnderstands experimentation and can balance technical debt vs speedIs proactive, detail-aware (but not obsessed with pixel-perfection), and able to simplify complexityCommunicates clearly and works well in a remote, async-first teamIs eager to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the engineering cultureFreedom to choose when and how much you work - we only measure resultsBenefits24 days of paid time off a year, plus your local holidaysUnlimited sick leaveIn-person meetups for team-building (expenses covered)4-6 weeks paid sabbatical (depending on the tenure)Laptop budget up to €2,500 and it renews every 3 years€2,000 budget to set up your home office, and additional €300 every year after 3 years of tenure€3,000 per year for co-working space membership and/or internet service at home€4,000 per year contribution to use for training, workshops, and conferences€2,400 per year contribution for any equipment or services to improve and/or maintain your physical and mental healthSupport for buying tools you need for doing your best work (even eyeglasses if you need a new pair)EMEAApply:Work tools to elevate your productivity - apps for incredibly simple #timetracking and effective #projectplanning#J-*****-Ljbffr
