Hays Solutions, part of the multinational Hays Group, listed on the London Stock Exchange, provides consultancy services in the Information Technology sector with the aim of contributing to the success and technological progress of people and companies.We are looking for aJunior IT Infrastructure and Security Engineer,with 1–3 years of experience to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity systems across the group, in collaboration with external service providers.This role offers the opportunity to continuously develop technical and security skills within a global manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Configuration and management of firewalls, switches, routers, SD-WAN, and network segmentation.Support and monitoring of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks and endpoint management.Use of network monitoring and optimization tools.Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers.Administration of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).Support of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure.Application of ITIL principles in IT service management (Incident, Problem, Change Management).Troubleshooting of complex technical issues.Administration and management of Microsoft 365 tenants (user provisioning, license management, service configuration).Requirements:1–3 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and security.Knowledge of firewall, routers, switches, and SD-WAN configuration.Familiarity with LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networking and endpoint management.Experience with Windows servers and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.Knowledge of ITIL principles for IT service management.Strong troubleshooting skills.Experience in Microsoft 365 tenant administration.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Fluent in English; knowledge of Portugueseand/or French is a plus.Goal-oriented, focused on achieving results and meeting objectives.Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy or abroad.What We Offer:A dynamic and international work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.Hybrid working model with flexibility.Exposure to cutting-edge IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.Work Mode:Hybrid.Candidates of all genders, after reviewing the mandatory privacy notice available atare invited to send their CV in Word format, quoting reference Rif.*****.Hays Solutions S.R.L. with Sole Shareholder.Subject to management and coordination by Hays Plc.
