BasicNet is the first marketplace in the clothing industry that owns several well-known brands in the apparel, footwear, and accessories market, including Kappa®, Robe di Kappa®, Jesus® Jeans, Superga®, K-Way®, Sebago®, Sabelt®, Woolrich® and Sundek®.Headquartered in Turin, Italy, the company operates on intangible aspects through a global network of licensees who produce and distribute its products, and offers various services to its network, such as research, development, global marketing, and information technology.About SebagoEstablished in ****, Sebago was created to meet the consumer demand for quality, casual footwear.The brand's founder owned five independent shoe stores in Maine and was determined to keep them stocked.The original shoe they made, the Sebago Classic beefroll penny loafer, is still handsewn with the finest craftsmanship today, just as it was back then.Who We're Looking ForFor the upcoming opening of our brand new Sebago store in Firenze, we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants.As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence.You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range.You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.Key ResponsabilitiesSupporting the customer in the sale;Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;Knowledge, Skills and Abilities requiredPrevious experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field);Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.Placement on a fixed-term contract, full time (40 hours per week).Sebago is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.In addition, Sebago offers opportunities for professional and personal development, providing the resources and tools necessary for growth and success.J-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
