We were meant to fly.The Program Change Specialist and Data Analyst is part of the PMO organization and is responsible for both the Configuration Control of Third Parties programs and the analysis of data needed to support the digital projects in OTR.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesSupports the Program Manager in the preparation of the Program Control Board (PCB) within the assigned contractsAssures, together with the Program Manager, the correct and complete flow down of: technical requirements, Point-of-Introduction (POI), Stock Dispositions agreed with Customer to the Supply ChainVerifies the correct introduction of the changes to configuration in the Company, including systems updating (SAP, MOS, ...)Prepares the Authorization of Modification Introduction (AIM) for the Program Manager to signManages CID/SB (archiving, sharing, ...)Supports the Program Manager in analyzing the technical obsolescence coming from changes to configurationActs in alternative to the Program Manager as Customer Point-of-Contact for issues relevant to the changes to configurationSupports the PMO team members on specific data analysisUses the existing digital tools (e.g dashboards) to retrieve data, measure performances and propose corrective and improvement actionsSupport the colleagues in either developing or improving digital tools for OTROperates cross-functionally, participating to specific working groupsUses FLIGHT DECK and support the organization in spreading the cultureQualifications/RequirementsMaster's Degree in EngineeringPrevious experience in similar role, in aerospace fieldKnowledge of the configuration management process in complex and highly regulated environmentsPrevious experience in managing customer relationsGood English knowledge and fluency in ItalianGood knowledge of digital tools such as the Microsoft Office package and SAPWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to analyze and resolve problemsProject management skillsAppropriate sense of urgency and prioritization on tasks assignedProactive, flexible and able to work in an heterogeneous teamCustomer orientedWhat we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes smart work in hybrid mode, and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
