Palestra, piscina, coworking H24 inclusiChi siamoE-Bridge Group è una performance agency specializzata nella crescita scalabile di brand su Amazon ed e-commerce, con operatività in Europa, Middle East e USA.Siamo partner strategici per brand che vogliono crescere, e ora stiamo espandendo la nostra verticalità su TikTok Shop, una piattaforma in rapida evoluzione che rivoluziona il social commerce.Siamo alla ricerca di una figura motivata e ambiziosa che voglia diventare TikTok Shop Manager, crescere rapidamente e contribuire allo sviluppo dell'intera divisione TikTok Commerce di E-Bridge.Responsabilità principaliGestire e supportare i venditori/brand su TikTok Shop (setup, processi, ottimizzazioni).Caricare, ottimizzare e aggiornare cataloghi prodotti all'interno della piattaforma TikTok Shop.Analizzare performance, KPI, conversioni e impostare strategie per aumentare vendite e visibilità.Coordinarsi con il team interno per campagne creator, promo, live shopping e attività di crescita.Gestire ticket, problemi tecnici e procedure con TikTok Shop Partner Center.Collaborare con il reparto creativo per migliorare contenuti e storytelling dei brand.Supportare la creazione dei processi e della documentazione operativa per la nuova business unit.RequisitiInteresse o esperienza in e-commerce, marketplace (Amazon, Shopify) o social commerce.Familiarità con TikTok, contenuti social, trend, influencer marketing.Attitudine analitica e orientamento ai KPI.Capacità di gestione di task, priorità e comunicazione con clienti/brand.Voglia di apprendere velocemente ed entrare in un mercato in forte crescita.Soft skills fondamentaliCuriosità, disciplina e forte spirito di ownership.Attitudine "problem solving" e orientamento al risultato.Capacità di lavorare in team e di adattarsi in un ambiente dinamico e innovativo.Cosa offriamoFormazione completa su TikTok Shop, TikTok Partner, gestione venditori e processi e-commerce.Possibilità reale di crescita verticale all'interno della nuova divisione TikTok di E-Bridge.Affiancamento diretto con team Amazon/TikTok altamente specializzato.Accesso gratuito H24 a The Social Hub Firenze Belfiore:palestrapiscinasale coworkingspazi creativi e networking internazionaleAmbiente giovane, meritocratico e orientato alla performance.Contratto flessibile: tirocinio, collaborazione P.IVA o tempo determinato, in base al profilo.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentBusiness Consulting and Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
