University Degree) in Education, Economics (Social Sciences), Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Data Science or any related field.Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Education, Development, Research, Quantitative Analysis, Evidence Generation, Policy Dialogue or Project Management.Skills:Ability to design, conduct and analyse studies to support new education research initiatives.Proficiency in advanced quantitative data science methods and tools such as R, Python and/or Stata.Ability to plan, organise and manage research projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Language Requirements: Fluency in English and proficient level in French.DesirablesKnowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, Russian or Spanish) or a local language.Experience with geospatial data analysis (e.g., GIS) and version control platforms such as GitHub.Proven record of producing and disseminating high-quality research outputs, policy briefs and publications.Ability to build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research networks and development actors.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Experience working
